Who we are

We build Stronger Humans.... with over 25 years of expertise in senior roles across public, private, charitable, and member-owned sectors, including a decade at the Board level. We are the experts at driving sustainable organisational change as well as improving outcomes and engagement for both employees and customers, enabling your organisation to thrive.

What we do

We build Stronger Humans... in one of three ways:

(1) Working with senior leaders 1:1 through coaching or mentoring, helping those who are a bit stuck, those on the up or those who have arrived but need some support.

(2) Working with Board & senior leadership teams to help them, help themselves, each other & their teams lead change.

(3) Working alongside organisations to create tailored leadership programmes - delivering our content, your content or a mix of both!

What we've done

Whether you want 1:1 coaching for your whole Executive team, running alongside work on them as a group - we've just done it for a national pharmaceutical business!

Whether you want a leadership programme for 48 of your first line managers delivered over 6 months covering topics as diverse as 'Coaching for Improved Performance', 'Creative Problem Solving' through to Inspiring Communications' & onto Leading Change'' we've just done that too for a national wholesaler...& with 86% of participants rating the programme either Excellent or Very Good our client was pretty pleased with the outcome!

Stronger Humans - Building Capability Enabling Change
