Storage

  • Personal data stored about any customer will be deleted once it is no longer needed for review validation or any related purpose. 
  • Reviews will automatically become anonymous after 2 years, if they weren’t set as anonymous by the reviewer when originally added.
  • Your data will be removed safely from our database when your membership with us comes to an end

  • Other organisations and businesses who provide services to us such as back up and server hosting providers, IT software and maintenance providers, data storage providers and suppliers of other back office functions, such as simplybrilliance.com website developers SWA design.
  • Our payment provider will store your payment details directly. We will not store or process these. These third party payment providers will also directly charge you for auto-renewals in the future unless and until you cancel your subscription with us.
