Who we are

Guildhall Ignite is the only executive and professional development consultancy offered by a specialist performing-arts education institution (Guildhall School of Music & Drama and world top 3 performing arts conservatoire) combining EMCC accredited coach training with world-class performance-based coaching. We are very committed to accessible and inclusive practice.

We have over 40 qualified trained executive coaching Associates comprising both Guildhall staff and external specialists who bring complementary expertise in areas such as neuroinclusive workplaces, leadership development, anti-racist coaching, ALS, organisational development, and mentoring.

What we do

We enable outstanding performance in everyone informed by our unique approach and expertise of developing key human skills that drive professional performance, with a suite of programmes, consultancy and evaluation services designed to support leaders to meet business needs and respond to the challenges of today as well as tomorrow.

Training can be bespoke and in various formats: online, in-person, an in UK and beyond.
