Who we are

The Potentialists were set up to help organisations meet the new challenges that leaders are facing today. The rules and expectations around when, where and how work happens are in flux which in turn has meant that managers and leaders need to develop new behaviours and skills to keep up.

We bring together a group of leadership specialists, facilitators, coaches and account managers from which we build bespoke dream teams, perfectly suited to the task in hand and with no excessive overheads. Everyone who makes up the team is driven by the same desire of unleashing the potential of your people.

What we've done

We work with a wide variety of clients across a range of industries. From multi-national companies to industry leaders, to SME and start-ups. If we can help leaders unlock their potential and make a demonstrable impact, then we will. We have a team of over 30 specialists who we draw upon so are able to scale up or down according to our clients needs. Work we have delivered includes:

- A 9-month leadership programme for the newly formed Senior Leadership Team of one of the UK's best known leisure companies.

- Working with an international pharmaceutical company to help their managers develop the skills required to lead effective hybrid teams.

- Creating a high performing Executive Team for one of the UK’s most well-known internet companies

- Delivering a series of management development sessions for a construction company, supporting their managers develop the behaviours and skills in their new environment.

- Regular all-company events for a fast-growing organisation who are looking to IPO in the near future.
