Founded in 2015 by Lucy Philip, Purposefully Blended is a boutique leadership consultancy with a global reach. We work across industries and continents to help organisations build practical, human-centred leadership—powered by our Leadership Operating System and IMPACT™ framework.

Our Founder Lucy Philip was awarded 'Live Facilitator of the Year 2023" at the National Facilitator Awards The National Facilitator Awards are the UK’s only awards dedicated to celebrating facilitators who deliver exceptional training. They recognise facilitators who are making a real impact on the industry and the lives of those they work with.

Earlier this year we were proud recipients of a Communiqué Award for a Leadership Programme we designed and deliver twice a year for a Specialist Nurses. The Communiqué Awards celebrate excellence in Health Communications, they define true excellence as tangible impact: shifting perceptions, influencing behaviours, and driving meaningful organisational change and look for entries that measure and demonstrate outcomes.
