Who we are

Keystone is a training and consultancy firm specialising in leadership, management, business and skills development, and Drama-Based Learning.

We work in close partnership with clients to design and deliver development that is practical, engaging, and built to stick. Nothing is off the shelf. Every programme is shaped by real context, real challenges, and real outcomes.

At the heart of our work is a simple belief: people and teams already have huge potential. Our role is to create the conditions where that potential shows up - through immersive learning, sharp consultancy, or longer-term development programmes that evolve as the organisation does.

Our facilitators and consultants bring deep experience, commercial awareness, and a collaborative style. We co-design every solution with our clients, drawing on behavioural science, creativity, and lived organisational reality.

The result? Development that feels relevant, human, and usable long after the session ends.

Project summary:

We worked with Keystone to deliver a leadership programme for first line managers to senior leaders. The programme needed to move learners away from traditional styles of learning; embed new values; improve leadership capability and transform culture. Following successful design, we worked closely with Keystone to successfully gain ILM recognition for the programme.
