Who we are

"It's a Playground" is a small but mighty Wellbeing Consultancy & Specialist Training Company with a whole lot of heart.

We use basic, evidence-based wellbeing principles peppered with genuine passion, personal experience and curiosity to empower individuals and support organisations to thrive.

- Online i-act for Positive Mental Health & Wellbeing Courses internationally (accredited by the Royal College of Psychiatrists)

- Provide specialist wellbeing sessions, programmes and events
