Who we are

Hustle House is known for kickass leadership development but its story started, like all good stories, over a couple of gin & tonics between friends.

Carolyn Cresswell and Fiona Allen met at a Financial Technology firm where they bonded over a shared love and passion for developing people. Combining their experience in Talent, L&D, HR and Client and Operations Management, Carolyn and Fiona established the business in 2019, rode the wave of a pandemic, and grew the team to work across industries and countries, helping organisations supercharge performance through their people.

Carolyn now leads the business with a fantastic team of Associate trainers, coaches and facilitators. Our core values show up in the way we work every day: Bring the Zing, Ignite Impact, Cultivate Connection and Keep it Smart and Simple.

We want to inspire and enable organisations to bring about sustained, positive change through their people, giving them the tools and support they need to build high-performing, engaging environments that everyone loves to work in.

We're based in the UK (London and South East) but work with clients internationally, and we're comfortable with in-person and virtual events. Our team has a wealth of interesting and eclectic experience that they bring to their design and facilitation, and our Business Support Manager is a whizz at coordinating and managing programmes, taking the weight off you for those pesky logistics!

"HH designed and delivered an expert programme for our Managers on helping themselves, and their Direct Reports, manage their wellbeing"

We engaged with Hustle House to design and delivery a cohort driven blended learning programme that aimed to help our people managers better understand their own stress and triggers, and to better support those who report to them. We ran this in 2 parts, with an additional accountability group session in-between to help peer to peer learning through conversation.

This programme received wonderful feedback from participants from both the content and delivery, but also (and crucially) in how the trainer managed to create the psychological safety required to ensure our attendees felt open and safe enough to share their true experiences. This led to a deeper learning experience than even we imagined in advance.
