The Hustle House is a people development consultancy focused on unlocking the best in businesses through the power of their people. As two female co-founders with a blend of experience from Talent/L&D and client relationship management, we enable businesses to thrive through distinctive and practical methods to developing their leaders, managers, teams, and cultures.
Simply put, we do development. We’ve made it our mission to enable people to discover, nuture and develop their untapped potential and so we give leaders, managers and teams the tools and support they need to confidently build high performing and engaging environments that people love to work in.
We hustle with every business differently and ensure we build a solution that’s just right for you balancing the need for structure and design with the importance of behaviour and actions to bring about lasting change.
Whether working face-to-face or virtually, as part of a programme or via coaching, our promise is that everything we do is aligned to your goals, so learning is directed towards what matters and there is an emphasis on applying it in real life; if you can’t see how it’s useful straight away, we’ve got it wrong.
We don't mind whether you're a big corporate or a small start-up, UK based or elsewhere in the world; we just care that you care enough about your people to want to make a difference.
Since launching in 2019 we have worked across a spectrum of industries and organisations from large FTSE 100 companies to small scale start-ups. Our work has ranged from bespoke executive leadership offsites to develop team effectiveness and culture, to small business vision and value sessions, new manager development programmes to client relationship skill sessions. We've also coached individuals and groups as part of the programmes and independently.
We write regularly on leadership for StartUps Magazine, have guest lectured on management at Edinburgh University Business School, and more recently started developing online masterclasses to enable learning at any time by anyone.

To elevate our middle leaders capabilities so that they can confidently lead themselves and others. Three main areas of development were tackled – awareness of leadership style and ability to flex, learning and adapting communication styles and enhancing productivity with the outcome building a community of confident and aware leaders.
Fiona and Carolyn are great listeners and really got our business through insightful questioning and exploration of our needs, culture and how we work. This in turn, led them to develop and deliver a fantastic six month programme for our middle leaders that was engaging, participative and knowledgeable. The participants gave great feedback on how it has helped them work on their leadership styles and the team were so well received with their warm and open styles.
