Who we are

We enable people to bring their full selves to work and inspire people to do things differently.

We work globally, including with the C suite, creating sustainable behavioural change, so that positive and productive working practices become β€˜how we do things around here’.

What we do

We work at an individual level with 1:1 Executive Coaching, at a team level with Team Development, and at an organisational level with training and development interventions and culture change programmes.

Delivered face to face or virtually, our interventions are high impact, engaging and most importantly, make a difference.

A recent highly successful development is a stand alone e-learning programme on Managing your Energy, described more than once as life changing.

What we've done

We are accredited in a range of psychometric and personality profiling tools, including MBTI, Everything DiSC, 5 Behaviours of a Cohesive Team, Strengths Profile and Mental Toughness - MTQPlus.

Our clients are from all sectors and sizes, from the global research company, Kantar, with 30,000 employees, to a small recently established consultancy in Uganda, with less than 10 employees.

Other clients we have worked with include Heineken, William Grant, BBC, BT, EasyJet, Electrolux, IGD (Institute of Grocery Distributors), Highways England, United Utilities, Severn Trent Water, Wales and West Utilities, Principality Building Society, Aberystwyth University, Manchester Business School, Ingredion and Medicover.

Project summary:

We worked with Fiona to develop a learning intervention for all of our leaders (c.130 people) to help them engage more effectively in change management. Significant change projects were landing across the business and a new culture model had been launched recently which was also driving changes. Fiona developed a comprehensive programme which included detailed pre work and engagement with senior leaders to ensure the programme had full impact on the learners and was embedded afterwards. Leaders all attended a 1 day workshop and received a handbook of key tools and materials as well as being buddied up with another participant to support ongoing engagement and learning.

Leadership Coaching

The process began with a discussion around my coaching objectives and mutual agreement about our respective roles in working towards these. In the sessions that followed, Fiona struck just the right balance between stretching and encouraging me, always challenging whilst also providing me with a toolkit of tricks to tackle various leadership scenarios. There was real insight into understanding my own management style and how this affects others: enabling me to begin to build a high performing team and develop a strategic approach that translates the university mission and values into meaningful behaviours and achievable day to day actions for front line, manual staff.
