Who we are

We're a HR consultancy firm based in the UK, and we specialise in providing small-medium businesses with the HR solutions they need to create more business success through people. We believe that people are the greatest asset of any business, and the most successful businesses know how to create real connection between their people and their business mission.

What we do

We enable SMEs to thrive and grow through achieving outstanding employee performance and engagement, which in turn allows them to fulfil their organisational vision and strategic objectives.

The HR services we specialise in are: building high-performing teams, developing leadership skills, managing and changing culture, managing and executing business change and transformation, attracting and retaining top talent- including performance management, talent and career development, and looking after employee well-being.

What we've done

Having come from one of the 'big 4' management consultancies, we understand the people challenges businesses face, and we've seen how the best business leaders manage them.

We've worked with clients from all sectors including finance, marketing & creative design, healthcare, technology, retail, and not for profit. This valuable experience has enabled us to develop a flexible approach to suit the unique challenges of our clients, as well as giving us a varied understanding of the different people challenges across industries.

Our background in Occupational Psychology further places us in a unique position to deliver a human-centred approach to transformation, which delivers business results whilst looking after the well-being of employees.

Our key achievements include: developing our proprietary culture assessment tool and methodology, WayFinder, which has helped clients navigate the often nebulous topic of culture to transform ways of working and drive performance; the launch of our online, comprehensive change management training programme for both experienced and young professionals with the aim of developing the much needed business change skills across today's commercial environments; the support we've provided to start-ups and smaller businesses to help them create their end-to-end people strategy in a way that works for their unique business objectives and challenges. We've also supported several professionals with their personal development journey through our coaching services.

Recent client projects have included: supporting a healthcare business with embedding a high-performing culture; and creating a refreshed people strategy for a packaging business that's fit for a post-Covid world. Both of these projects provided a significant amount of value for the client.
