What we've done
We have been an accredited training partner of the CIM, CMI, and ISM since 2002 and are part of the new breed of forward thinking apprenticehsip providers joining the apprenticeship training space in 2017.
As a training provider we contributed directly to the Trailblazer groups for the Marketing Assistant, Marketing Executive, and Marketing Manager apprenticeship standards giving them a start to finish insight into the standard and the best way to deliver the programmes.
Professional Academy are also a recognised Strategic Partner of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM).

Partners
As a partner we work with our clients in a multitude of ways. Our Apprenticeship Advice team are on hand to help with everything pre-enrolment from internal marketing, advice on hiring, running information sessions, and making sure the desired programme is right for both the learner and the business.
This process is the same for companies wishing to enrol one learner on a public programme to mulit-national organisations looking to roll out large in-company programmes.
Once enroled our two-fold support team come into their own with the head office support covering all admin and day-to-day support and our mentors supporting the learners through their learning journey ensuring they are making the most out of the programme.
Solution Focused
After the initial hiring stage, we will handle as much of the admin and support as the business needs.
All apprentices will undertake a skills gap assessment and interview with a Professional Academy Apprenticeship Adviser before commencing their programme. After which we will guide them through the paperwork needed for the programme, up to induction.
Post-induction the apprentices mentor will keep in open communication with the line manager as well as the learner, with formal quarterly review sessions to make sure the business and the learner are happy with progress and everything is running smoothly, helping to overcome any challenges if they arise.
Smart
We feel it is smart to be business first, yes we are focused on the apprentice and their development but we believe the best way for an apprentice to develop is to be able to apply their learning directly to their role. As such all of our activities, workshops, and mentor sessions are focused around direct application of the learning to their job role from day one!
Flexible
Constant communciation and supported nurturing from a learner's mentor is key to allowing flexibility and adaptability around an ever changing job role and work place.
But this year has taught us more than anything that adaptability is key to supporting learners and businesses, luckily our fluency with technology, including our interactive eLearning and online workshop delivery has allowed us to adapt and continue learning despite a pandemic.
Honest
We have always been honest with our clients, we are new to the space, and we think that is a good thing! But this does mean we do not have the experience with red tape that the FE and HE sector have. We are still learning, developing, and improving our process, making sure that no red tape ever effects the learning but we are proud that we continue to learn and improve our processes everyday and feel it makes us an excellent partner for any business.
