We use one to one sessions, our bespoke 360 process and contact between sessions to deliver outstanding results.
Board Mentoring was founded in 2008 when Gillian was asked to mentor senior executives in John Lewis Partnership and Waitrose.
We have successfully mentored executives into their first executive Committee and Board roles and into CEO positions. Clients include Executives in medium to large enterprises, entrepreneurs, Executives, NEDs and Chairmen assuming their first role.
We cover every sector including financial services, technology, healthcare, retail and consumer goods and services. We have never had a failed assignment because we only embark on contracts where we are certain we can achieve the desired outcome.
