For over 35 years senior leaders have worked with us to polish their presentation skills. As well as communications skills training, we have evolved to support global senior leaders and their teams via executive coaching, team coaching and executive mentoring. Our clients know us personally and value our attention to detail and ability to listen. We share the same end goal - to improve the capabilities of senior leaders (mostly within FTSE 250 organisations) both in the UK and internationally.
Objective and unbiased, our role, as trusted advisors, is to match the right expert to each challenge to enable senior leaders and their teams to deliver more effective results. Our 20 communications skills coaches are subject specialists with decades of experience of working with C-Suite executives. Our 30 executive coaches offer direct and challenging discussions having held Director and ExCo corporate roles prior to becoming a coach. Our 35 executive mentors have been captains of industry and functional experts who now offer role specific support whilst leading portfolio careers. We usually recruit mentors with the relevant experience to specifically match each brief based on the leader and their challenges. Whilst we don't operate global hubs, our coaches span 4 continents.
