Having worked inhouse we recognise how important it is to partner with our clients. As a client we are on your side, we have been in house delivering challenges similar to those you face. We recognise what you need from us to engage and understand you, provide expertise and insight and help out when needed. We have great relationships with tech suppliers and understand the reality of what their systems deliver and the conditions needed for them to be a success. As we are system agnostic our only obligation is to ensure that we deliver what is right for you.

The first step is always for us to understand what is it they are trying to achieve and what is most important to them. Then we use our knowledge and creativity to come up with solutions. We like to present choices and work these through with clients. We surface pros and cons, we go beyond the features and bring to light what is really needed to deliver success. We bring our creativity and curiosity to solve your challenges in a unique and personalised way. The solutions we present are often not the norm and as one client said our "wildcard" option was not a "wildcard" but a "genius" option.

Our approach is bespoke to our clients and our philosophy is that we are there to add value and help the client deliver their needs. A small and agile team we adapt and flex as needed. Having been within business we understand that things change whether it is new leadership or external events.

We don't know everything, but if we don't know we will find out, or find someone who does or who can help. Part of helping clients change their approach to learning is regular open dialogue. Throughout a project we engage with clients constructively to look at what is working, what is not and surface factors they have not considered. We agree outcomes for each stage of work and ways of working. We regularly seek client feedback and adapt and approach as needed.
