What we do

Founded in 2005, Explosive Learning Solutions have comprehensive experience in identifying the requirements and designing bespoke learning and development solutions across a range of disciplines.

As an accredited training organisation, ELS has an extensive portfolio of certified courses across all industry sectors.

ELS are a ESFA approved Independent End-Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), who are able to offer a range of EPA services and products to support employers, training providers and apprentices.

What we've done

Our status as an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) means that our courses and training are recognised both nationally and internationally.

We have completed Training Needs Analysis to determine the training requirements for various sized companies. This has been followed by the design and development of courseware for our qualified facilitators to deliver.

Within our portfolio of clients we have been working with the Ministry of Defence (MoD), NHS, Oxford University, Raytheon UK, British Transport Police, Network Rail, CAPITA, UKAEA, Diamond, MET Police, Osmose, KPMG.
