Our solutions range from interactive training courses delivered online, to face to face coaching with small, medium or large groups. We deliver 1 to 1 training and / or large scale conference events.
We also deliver a range of self directed learning tools that can either compliment group learning or act as a more flexible and blended alternative.
We pride ourselves on our ability to listen, ask questions and then create super cool effective bespoke solutions that not only deliver what our clients need, but also leave them with the tools to aid sustainable success.

We work with a number of companies varying in size, shape and industry, these include Eversheds Sutherland, Brooks Macdonald, Clarion Solicitors, Morrisons, Selfridges, SIG, Yorkshire Building Society, Arla Foods and the Coop to name a few.
We are also proud partners with Leeds University and work as mentors as part of the Nurturing Talent Mentor Scheme, which we have been awarded Mentoring Relationship of the Year as recently as 2019.

We know that no business is the same, each has its own unique culture and personality, no solution to effective learning can be best-in-class if it’s just standard and off-the-shelf.
We’ve sat on both sides of the table when it comes to designing and outsourcing learning and development and this means it’s natural for us to step into our client’s shoes when coming up with the goods to suit them.
We have a current relationship with an innovative engineering company who we started working with 4 years ago. We began with simple request to help design, launch and embed core values and since then have gone on to support in almost every aspect of their whole people proposition. This has ranged from the design of bespoke leadership development right the way through to employee engagement. We also deliver short projects as and when required that can occasionally just be small but meaningful pieces of work.
Solution Focused
In order to remove complexity, provide transparency and create simple solutions for sustainable success we use a simple 5 step approach when working with clients.
1. We offer a free consultation process, quick health check but really we just listen and then advise.
2. We then move on to our design and development stage, we simply get on with it and keep our clients updated every step of the way.
3. Once our client is happy with our proposal or work, we can either deliver it for them, train their own team to deliver… or both!
4. We don’t just walk away, we aid implementation and offer support to ensure any training or learning interventions stick.
5. Finally, we want to know what’s worked and what difference it’s made and at this point what further support we can offer to our clients.
Smart
We have been asked to work with a number of clients in our role of associates for Eversheds Sutherland. These have ranged from large multi-sited companies across the breadth of the UK, to smaller more innovative and future focussed organisations evolving at pace.
We have designed Onboarding and Induction training, tools and materials that have helped shape the overall people proposition and way of working for a team unlocking the future of space access and hypersonic flight.
We have also designed and delivered Values Based Leadership training workshops in addition to crafting materials that support the whole Employee Engagement proposition
Flexible
We always work on the principle that our solutions, whilst engaging and enjoyable should be simple in terms of their delivery. If our solutions are simple then they have a better chance of being sustainable in the long term.
We are really keen to make sure that there is never any complete reliance on us in the future, we want clients to come back to us time and time again because they value what we do and they want, not have to work with us.
Our director Jo sums this up perfectly as;

Honest
All our proposals start with 2 things. The desired objective and total cost. We then go in to talk about how, details, designs etc but first and foremost we want to be up front.
